Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Delivery times vary depending on the item purchased. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

As most of our items are personalised and bespoke, dispatch times (typically 3-5 or 2-7 working days) will begin only after the design template has been approved. We aim to send a design template for approval within 48 hours of the order being placed. Once the template is approved, we will proceed with production and dispatch the item as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery times may be subject to external factors such as courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Additionally, we will provide a tracking number so you can track your package.

Returns & Refunds Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke items. Each item is custom-made to order, ensuring it meets your specific requirements.

However, if there is an issue with your product, such as damage or an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include offering a replacement or a suitable resolution based on the circumstances.
